Dang! If I didn't already have mine, I could probably trade my Jeep for the 2nd one and maybe even get a few bucks back out of the deal.

Yeah... right. Like I'd ever trade the Jeep. :-/

"needs little to no work! You must come pick up bring a trailer with winch."

I was thinking they meant no work because it is a parts car

I need to drag mine down there and make a pocket full
Don't bother. I've lived in DFW for almost 25 years and been looking at classic cars for that long too. Before Craigslist I used the Auto Trader magazines (remember paper?) every week, sometimes just to dream. Most of these guys NEVER get these prices. I see them for sale for months on end and they never lower the price despite the fact no one is even coming to see them.

I used to go out and look at a car I was interested in regardless of the asking prices thinking they will negotiate to a reasonable price. Some people just think they need to ask a lot more to give them room to move. But more often than not, they're just deluded. They think just because it's old, it gold. So I don't even bother any more unless the initial asking price is somewhere in the stratosphere of what it's really worth.

The DFW area is massive land-wise. It can take a whole day, and half a tank of gas, to go to the other side of the metroplex and back to look at a car. I don't even call them when I see a price that's ridiculous. Like that guy in Lancaster. WOW!
